If you are using BlickDrop on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our platform.

2. Description of Service

BlickDrop is a collaborative design review platform that enables freelancers and their clients to share, annotate, compare, and approve design work. Our services include file hosting, real-time annotation tools, version comparison, feedback management, and project organization. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To use BlickDrop, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to BlickDrop, including design files, images, comments, and annotations. By uploading content, you grant BlickDrop a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, violate any applicable laws, or contain harmful or malicious material.

5. Intellectual Property

The BlickDrop platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of BlickDrop and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without our prior written consent. Your use of BlickDrop does not grant you any ownership interest in the platform itself.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlickDrop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures beyond our control
• Actions or content of third parties using the platform

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of BlickDrop shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the platform. We may terminate or suspend your access to BlickDrop immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use BlickDrop ceases immediately. We will make your content available for export for a reasonable period following termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of BlickDrop after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform.
